Welding

We pride ourselves in creating laserwelded joints that can be as small as .001 inches.  Come see our capabilities in person utilizing our Laserstar welders.

Micro Soldering

We are able to complete controlled solder joints that are as small as .010 inches in length.  Utilizing gold or silver solder and flux, we are able to solder components when laser welding is not an option.

Heat Setting

With a background in coils, stents, and braids, we are able to heat set your most delicate projects.

Gluing

Whether it be UV, Epoxy, or Cyanoacrylate adhesives, we have all of your applications covered.

Assembling

We hire the best in talent with technicians that have at least 10+ years doing hand assembly under a microscope and with the dexterity of tweezer/cutter manipulation

Heat Shrinking

With length control of ±.002 inches and shrinking down to .002 inches in diameter, the delicacy of heat shrinking with a hot box is achieved with our skilled technicians.  

Cutting

We make precise cuts up to .0005 inches utilizing either a double edged razor blade or a single edged blade.  

Braiding

By using a platinum or nitinol wire, we can weave a pattern over the fixture of your choosing.
