Meet the Dream Team

CEO- Dawson Le –             

As the CEO, Dawson has transformed M4D LLC® from it’s humble 1,600 square feet facility to the 12,000 square feet facility with 60 employees today. He has helped its clients bring various neurovascular devices and access catheters to the market. Prior to founding M4D LLC, Dawson had held both manufacturing and product development roles at Microvention (acquired by Terumo) and Blockade (acquired by Balt). Dawson holds numerous patents and has extensive manufacturing experience across multiple medical devices including coils, stents and catheters.

Director of Engineering- Hung Nguyen –

Responsible for the leadership of engineering, product development, operations, and facility. Hung has led the design and development of numerous neurovascular and peripheral vascular projects. Prior to M4D®, Hung held manufacturing and R&D roles in pressure sensors, stents (cardio and neuro), heart valve product development at Integral Neurosciences, Abbott Labs, and Medtronic. He holds over 10+ U.S. patents. He holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from CSULB.

Founder’s Note

I always wanted to create a company where everyone is valued for their skill, from the person in the cleanroom to the management.  A place where everyone can get paid based upon their skill regardless of the position they were in and utilizing this skill to provide great service to our customers.  

I have encountered a lot of manufacturers out there that claimed to do this with great quality, but fell short.  

Thus, M4D LLC® was formed.
