Meet the Dream Team
DAWSON LE – President
Prior to founding M4D LLC, Dawson had 10 years of experience in manufacturing and product development roles at Microvention (acquired by Terumo) and building operation teams at Blockade (acquired by Balt) across multiple devices, including coils, stents, and catheters. He holds numerous patents.
SAM LAHHAM, CPA, MBA – CFO
Sam brings nearly two decades of expertise in both professional services and manufacturing organizations. Prior to joining M4D, Sam was a finance executive at a private equity backed circuit board manufacturing company. He holds a BS in Accounting from UCR, an MBA in Finance from Chapman University and a CPA license in the state of California.
HUNG NGUYEN, MBA – VP of Engineering & Business Development
Hung has led the design and development of numerous neurovascular and peripheral vascular projects. Prior to M4D, Hung held manufacturing and R&D roles in pressure sensors, stents (cardio and neuro), heart valve product development at Integral Neurosciences, Abbott Labs, and Medtronic. He holds over 10+ US patents. He holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from UCSD and an MBA from CSULB.
SCOTT JOHNSON, MBA – VP of Marketing and Business Development
Scott has over twenty-five years experience in new business development with major market expansions, and six years of consulting MedTech startups to Fortune 500 companies on go-to-market strategies, product development, operations, business development, and market analysis. He holds a BS in Marketing from CSULB , an MBA from Chapman University and a Certification in Medical Device Sales.
Founder’s Note
I always wanted to create a company where everyone is valued for their skill, from the person in the cleanroom to the management. A place where everyone can get paid based upon their skill regardless of the position they were in and utilizing this skill to provide great service to our customers.
I have encountered a lot of manufacturers out there that claimed to do this with great quality, but fell short.
Thus, M4D LLC® was formed.
